At KŪ MANA, every piece is made to order and released in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lj.kalahikiola@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
